AIR CONDITIONING

Residential Service Technician
Pay ranges for experienced employees vary between $50,000 – $100,000 per year, while entry-level employees should expect $30,000 – $50,000. Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield with varying coverages based on employee preferences.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving the company and our customers by diagnosing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
- Adhering to our company policy and procedures as they relate to philosophy, safety and our code of ethics.
- Representing the company though professional appearance, expertise, and demeanor are pre-requisites to your success. Previous experience is required.
Other requirements for this position:
• Minimum of two years of field experience
• Ability to be insured
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Pay based on skill level and experience
• Health Insurance offered after 90 days
• Paid vacation (after one year)
Residential Installer

Service Coordinator/Customer Service
Frontline customer service position for Environmental Comfort Systems, Inc. a residential/light commercial HVAC company located in Decatur, Alabama. The person applying for this position must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to interact with customers and the public by phone, text, email, or in person. This position will involve working closely with our Service Manager and Service Technicians to schedule customer service/repair appointments using our customer relations management software.Â
Qualifications Required but not limited to:
- A working knowledge of: QuickBooks accounting software or similar software for completing and processing customer accounts is necessary.Â
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
